Good Service! When I needed some work on my transmission, I contacted Mr. Transmission of Clarksville. They rebuilt my transmission and it went fine. The hours were good. I really appreciated that they kept in contact with me throughout the process. Overall, good service.

Fairly priced and good service for the most part. I've used Mr. Transmission 4-5 times over a couple of years probably. They've done a good job with the work I needed and are reasonably priced for the most part. The last time I went to them they replaced my heater core, it took maybe a day and a half, and it's been working fine since. I did had one issue with them about a job they did for my daughter's car, they put a new motor in and there were some things I thought we should have been notified about when they gave it back which they didn't mention. Like the radiator was already bad and needed to be replaced, so I was upset that we weren't made aware of that and it was left there to possibly do more damage. The motor replacement was a $3,000 dollar job so I just thought we should have been told. I'll say that Gary's always really fair and personable, when I called upset about the motor he had us bring the car back and looked at it and didn't charge us, and he's given me a fair rate on other things. I do believe he wants to keep our business. That was just something I wasn't too happy about.

Great customer service, really prompt! I used Mr. Transmission one other time in the last three years but went to them again recently because my transmission was slipping. When I called they got me in the very next day, and they did a good job, they did everything they said they were going to do. Their pricing seemed fair. There was a small problem after but I took back over and they fixed it right away no problem. They didn't question anything, just repaired it again, and didn't charge me for coming back. My car is working fine now and I'm very satisfied.

Gary and his crew are great. I took my car for them to look at bc of a antifreeze leak. He quoted a price, i scheduled a appt. Job was done correctly. Time was a little off but well worth the wait. I had a belt speaking that Sears or Coyle couldn't stop from sqeaking. Gary fixed that w\o me asking or charging me for it. Thanks u guys are great and have a lifetime customer: )

Just great! Mr. Transmission of Clarksville have always come through extremely well for me. I've recommended them. Everything turned out great this last time I used them. The workers kept me informed with what was going on. I would tell a potential customer of theirs that they do a good, thorough job. I really appreciate all they've done so far, and I would use them again.

Good, efficient job! Mr. Transmission did a time efficient job, and worked best with our payment method. I really liked that they accommodated towards us and worked with us on that. And our car turned out great. It was our first time using them. If I had to, I would go back. I would recommend them.

Good service! Mr. Transmission did an overhaul on my transmission, they rebuilt it a weeks ago, I have to take it back for a check-up, that's pretty much it. I still feel a little grind, and that's what I'll have checked on. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints. This was my first time using them. After this checkup, I'll probably use them again because of the warranty that is provided. Good service overall.

Great work, customer service could be better! I have been mostly pleased with the work I had done at Mr. Transmission of Clarksville. I had them do work on my transmission and the work went very well. I recently went in to have them check the fluid and they said everything was in order and should continue to work fine. The only complaint I have is after they worked on the transmission I think they should have done an alignment as they knew it would be necessary, but they said they don't do that here so I ended up having to take it to another company. I would definitely use them again, though their customer service could use some work.

Always 5 stars! Mr. Transmission of Clarksville has always provided great service for us. I have been there about 2 or 3 times now, and I have been very satisfied every time. This last time they worked on my wife's car that had a transmission sensor that was out. What really made a difference to me though was just how quickly and honestly everything was handled. They responded back to me fast when I first called to get it in. Then after dropping it off, they called quickly again with all the details of what was going on. That's another thing I really liked - He called and gave me the specifics on everything, but waited to get the approval from me before he proceeded. He has always been very honest and straightforward with everything, and I know that I can depend on him to give me the best value possible. I am very pleased with the service and I highly recommend them!
