Clarksville Auto Repair

Complete retards ! My car was there for a 3 hour, simple power steering install .....FOR 4 DAYS ! They put parts on my car that i didnt ask to be replaced.The guy that answerd the phone , when i tried to pay my bill ,actually screamed at me.... Do yourself a favor... DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS TO FIX Your vehicle. There are " core charges" for most parts of any vehicle, meaning , when a mechanic takes the bad part off , he can send it in to the parts dealer to be refurbished... That parts dealer will buy the bad part. In my case there were 2 parts replaced , which means they can resell my bad parts, which was probably 80$ total that they made ,on top of the the repair bill. So be aware .... They make more money than they're original quote, by selling parts that YOU OWNED Good luck... Because if you have a " good" experience .... It was simply "luck"

Great service, car is running great! I have been a customer with Mr. Transmission of Clarksville for about 10 years now and have been very happy with the services I have received from them. After going to them my cars seem to be running better than they had before I started going there. The value for the services you receive from Mr. Transmission are excellent, and though my warranty was a day expired last time I went there, they still ran it through for me and got everything working again. I will definitely continue to use Mr. Transmission of Clarksville and highly recommend their services.

Good job! My mom had used Mr. Transmission of Clarksville years ago. So, when I needed some work done on my transmission, she recommended them to me. I took my car to them, everybody there is really nice and professional. They ended up having to rebuild the transmission. I am going to take it back to them because it's making a funny sound. I don't know if it has to do with the transmission or not. But, since it's under warranty, I'm going to have them check it out. I will recommend Mr. Transmission of Clarksville to my friends looking for a transmission shop.

Saved me from losing my job! I am so happy with the guys over at Mr. Transmission of Clarksville because they saved me from losing my job! I was visiting from out of town and my transmission blew out. These guys were able to come to my rescue and get my car back up in running in about three days so that I could drive my car home and not lose my job. They did a truly incredible job and my car has been running great ever since they did the work. The price was a little high but considering how quickly they got the work done and that their work helped me keep my job I really cannot complain. Thank you so much!

For the most part, it was a pleasant experience! Everything with Mr. Transmission went well, and I would say the best part of the experience was the manager (I think that's who he was) of the place. If it hadn't been for him, I would have gone somewhere else. He was very kind. I hadn't ever been there before and really didn't know what door to go into, so I was confused. He came out and grabbed me and shook my hand, and asked what he could help me with. He was very helpful and he probably deserves the most credit out of the whole group. My questions were answered and they had no problems showing me what they were doing. I like to see what somebody is fixing on my car and there were no problems showing me the parts they were replacing or adding to my car. So far, so good, and everything has gone well. It works, so I like it.

Flawless! I bought a classic car and took it to Mr. Transmission of Clarksville so they could swap out the manual transmission to an automatic. It took them a little under two weeks to finish the job and most of that was trying to find original parts. The end result was perfect and Gary was amazing. I was out of state when he finished up and he agreed to meet up with me on a Sunday while they were closed so I could pick up the car without having to take off work. I would highly recommend Mr. Transmission, they're amazing!

Good! I hired Mr. Transmission to fix up my transmission. They had it done half a day later or so. It all worked out.

Great! I felt Mr. Transmission was very honest with me. I used them just for service work, a flush and fill. Everything turned out well. This was my first time using them and I would use them again.

Satisfied customer pleased with service! Mr. Transmission did the job and it worked out pretty good. They did a rebuild on a 1994 Chevy G20 transmission and replaced the rear main seal. It was my first time using them, and making an appointment with them was no problem. All good. I thought the price was a little expensive, but they were very good at keeping in touch and keeping me updated on what was going on.

Very respectful! Mr. Transmission has some very nice people. They changed a couple pieces on my truck. When I dropped my truck off, the manager made sure that I got a ride home so that I didn't have to take a taxi. Altogether everything went well and I would use them again.
